Kyle has close to 20 years experience producing events from inception to completion, including trade show presences, sponsorships, client events, sales conferences, and virtual events.

Kyle as the ability to lead the execution of event communication plans, campaigns, and asset creation in collaboration with numerous partner departments. She is skilled in working with the sales organization and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences at all events.

Kyle will proactively collaborate with outside vendors in support of key company initiatives, including production and event vendors, fulfillment vendors, registration and virtual platform management companies, and broadcast vendors.

Kyle has managed over 200 hosted events, industry relations speaking engagements, and sponsorships—both paid and earned. She hasp produced and managed exhibits at major industry trade shows, including those in the Pharma and HR sectors

Kyle can take on the role of an executive producer for an event or provide additional support before, during, and after the event.
Why do I say "we"? Because I’ve collaborate with teams of top-tier vendors for years—some for over 25 years—building strong, lasting partnerships. Together, we operate like a well-oiled machine, moving in sync like a skilled orchestra, yet we can also pivot and battle through challenges like a determined rugby team.

I collaborate with production teams who have extensive experience in technical and video production. Their vast network and expertise cover every stage of production—from pre-production to production and post-production—for live, virtual, and hybrid events, as well as video production, editing, and management.

Glenn is a seasoned live events professional with more than 20 years of experience producing programs across the United States. He has partnered with top production companies serving Fortune 500 clients and has worked directly with leading organizations in finance, technology, fashion, retail, market research, entertainment, transportation, energy, infrastructure, advertising and politics. He has produced events in every major U.S. market and has been based in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles.

Glenn’s expertise spans pre-event technical planning, event design and budget management. He has extensive knowledge of mandatory venue service costs, permitting processes and production requirements in large metropolitan areas. From planning through post-show reconciliation, Glenn is committed to keeping events on budget and on schedule.

He also manages equipment procurement and maintains a trusted network of vendors nationwide, offering everything from state-of-the-art gear to cost-effective technical solutions. Glenn has built strong relationships with both union and nonunion venues, including convention centers, resorts and local stagehand brokers.

Specializing in digital scenic backgrounds and presentation production, Glenn brings deep experience in live event graphics, video production and post-event editing for web delivery.
