Meet Kyle. She’s spent nearly 20 years producing events from the ground up—everything from trade show booths and client dinners to sales kickoffs, sponsorship activations and fully virtual conferences. If it needs planning, producing or polishing, Kyle’s done it.

She works across teams to pull together the pieces—writing comms, building campaigns, and coordinating the visuals and assets that make an event feel seamless. She knows how to work with sales and client teams to make sure the experience is buttoned-up and on brand.

Kyle’s collaborated with just about every kind of vendor—production crews, fulfillment shops, registration teams, virtual platforms and even live broadcast partners. Whether the goal is to launch something new, build a relationship, or leave a lasting impression, she brings the right people together to make it happen.

She’s led more than 200 events, from C-level roundtables and earned sponsorships to pharma expos and HR trade shows. Need an executive producer to run the whole thing? Or just extra hands before, during or after? Kyle’s ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.
Why do I say “we”? Because I’ve worked with top-notch vendors for years—some for more than two decades. We’ve built strong, trusted partnerships and operate as a seamless team. Whether we’re in perfect sync like an orchestra or scrappy and agile like a rugby team, we tackle every challenge together.

Meet Glenn. He’s spent more than 20 years running live events from coast to coast. He has teamed up with crews that serve Fortune 500 clients and has worked with companies in finance, tech, fashion, retail, research, entertainment, transportation, energy, infrastructure, advertising and politics. Though he’s called San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles home base, his productions have touched nearly every major U.S. city.

Glenn handles the nuts and bolts—mapping out the tech, sketching the design and keeping the budget honest. He knows what venues charge for required services, how to navigate permits and how to dodge last-minute surprises. His goal is simple: wrap each show on time and on budget.

Need gear? Glenn has it covered. He taps a nationwide network of vendors, from top-tier equipment providers to cost-friendly options, and works smoothly with both union and nonunion crews at convention centers, resorts and local stages.

He’s also your go-to for digital scenery, 3D renders and presentation support. From show-ready graphics and live video to post-event edits for the web, Glenn makes sure every visual lands just right.
